If you're in the mood for a mouth watering burger and thick old fashioned milkshakes, you really can't beat Jasper's Cafe in Medford, Oregon. Jasper's serves up wildly delicious burger combinations and offers up a wide variety of meats, from local grass fed beef to wild boar and free range elk.

Since 1976 Jasper's Cafe has been a local favorite in downtown Medford, Oregon. At first Jasper's was well known for their hotdog known as the Casper Dog, and pies. Today people come for the "extreme" gourmet burgers in 40 different wild combos, and the 20 flavors of old fashioned milkshakes.

Burgers at Jasper's are hand pressed every day to ensure freshness. Every burger is made from local all natural grass fed beef from Oregon, though there are other options available such as turkey and lamb from Oregon, Daktoa free range bison, wild boar, kangaroo, camel, and Canadian free range elk. What a variety!

We recommend trying the Smokey & The Bandit burger including smoked gouda/swiss, bacon, and chipotle aioli, served classic style.

Another interesting choice that will make your mouth water is the Johnny Ringo burger, with bacon, jalapenos, egg, grilled onions, melted pepperjack on a bed of ranch sauce and chili cheese Fritos.

The MOAB burger is another great option with delicious BBQ pulled pork on top, bacon, huckleberry-apple slaw, jalapeno crisps, marinated red onions, and cheddar cheese. See the full burger menu here.

For vegetarians there's an awesome black bean chipotle burger, or an Oregon Harvest vegan patty, along with several gourmet salads.  Jasper's also offers craft beer from around Oregon and the Rogue Valley.

If you're not looking for a full meal, stop in for a delicious malt or milkshake. From Irish cream, to coffee, raspberry, mango, chai, and root beer, there are over 20 kinds of shakes to choose from.
