1. Kayaking at Toketee Falls
Toketee Falls is a waterfall in Douglas County, Oregon. It sits on the North Umpqua River at its confluence with the Clearwater River.
2. Koosah Falls On The McKenzie River
Koosah Falls, also known as Middle Falls, is the second of the three major waterfalls of the McKenzie River.
3. Going Over Abiqua Falls
Abiqua Falls Trail is a 0.7 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Scotts Mills, Oregon.
4. Oregon Kayaking Over Sahalie Falls
Sahalie Falls is a beautiful waterfall on the McKenzie Highway, heading into Central Oregon.
5. Punchbowl Falls
Visit the stunning Columbia River Gorge to see Punchbowl Falls.

Metlako falls is just downstream from Punchbowl Falls.
Running (or going over) waterfalls is dangerous and is only for those who are experienced and know the risks. This is an extreme sport and isn't for everybody, though it is fun to watch from the sidelines.
